Transition Services

The Old Brewery Mission provides a step by step approach aimed at helping homeless men and women leave the streets for a more stable and secure reality, including a home they can call their own. The Services are designed in two steps: L'Étape and L'Escale and are offered in two centers: the Webster Pavilion (for men): the Patricia Mackenzie Pavilion (for women). The Maison Claude-Laramée offers stable living and psycho-social counseling an dsupport for men and women with both mental health issues and drug or alcohol addictions. Working in partnership with the Douglas Hospital, it is the first program of its kind in Quebec.

Our ultimate goal is to establish the most appropriate environment for each client taking into account his/her financial and/or specific medical situation while preparing him/her to leave the Old Brewery Mission.
