Le Pont
Le Pont is a pilot transitional social housing project providing in-home psychosocial follow-up for both men and women. This project was set up through the Montreal Municipal Housing Office, allowing access to 15 private rental units scattered throughout the island of Montreal. Several other community organizations are continually working in tandem with the Old Brewery Mission to target appropriate apartments for both our male and female clients.
