Patricia Mackenzie Pavilion (Women)

Old Brewery Mission Montreal

To ease their suffering and help women living on the streets, the Old Brewery Mission opened the Patricia Mackenzie Pavilion in 1998.  Today, the Patricia Mackenzie Pavilion is the largest resource of its kind in Canada. It offers a safe and secure haven for women and provides a bed, food and clothing as well as health, social services and counseling services as needed.

At the Patricia Mackenzie Pavilion, women have access to our two-tiered Transition Services, L'Étape and L'Escale.  Our team of counsellors will direct residents to the services they need and accompany them as they begin their journey out of a life of homelessness.

Through generous community support, several other permanent housing solutions specifically aimed at women are being developed.
