Marcelle & Jean Coutu Pavilion
The Marcelle & Jean Coutu Pavilion offers 30 permanent social housing units for men. Built in 2006, this three-storey pavilion offers our clients a viable housing solution providing an immediate marked improvement in their lifestyle.
Each tenant rents his unit for a nominal amoun, learning to manage his individual budget, shop for food and cook his own meals. Living at the Marcelle & Jean Coutu Pavilion also allows residents to experience the enriching and stimulating aspects of being part of a greater community.
To realize this project and to develop others in the future, strategic alliances have been formed with several partners including the City of Montreal, Montreal’s Municipal Housing Office and Public Health Department as well as the Quebec Housing Department.
