Transition Services
The Old Brewery Mission provides a step by step approach towards eliminating homelessness through our Transition Services. These programs are aimed at ensuring that homeless men and women leave the streets for their own homes. This individualized program is designed in two steps: L’Étape and L’Escale. Our counsellors focus on addressing each client’s specific needs to prepare them to leave a life of homelessness.
